Mashru

Mashru is a traditional Indian textile from Gujarat, known for its unique blend of 70% cotton and 30% silk, creating a durable and luxurious fabric. Also called "Mashroo" or "Mashruu," its name comes from the Arabic word meaning "permitted." Woven using a dual-loom technique, Mashru features distinctive checks or stripes from alternating threads.
